If that isn’t something you can do, try vitamins and maybe a cream or shampoo. Some of the shampoos are pretty good nowadays, and they are usually part of a system. So long as you have the time and patience for these routines, they are supposed to be really fantastic and they will beat the pants off of going out and finding a pricey surgeon and going under the knife for the sake of your hair.
